Post-Construction Cleaning for Contractors in the Lehigh Valley
Heavy-duty gear, tailored teams, and zero downtime — built completely around your hand-off date, not our convenience.
FSF Environmental Services provides post construction cleaning for general contractors across the Lehigh Valley. The build is finished, the trades are out, and what is left is drywall dust in every corner, labels on every fixture, and a handover date that is not moving. We clean to that date, in the stages your schedule needs, so the space is ready when the owner walks it.
Three stages, not one clean
A finished building does not get cleaned once. Contractors who have done this before book the stages separately, and we price them that way.
01
Rough cleaning
After the bulk of construction, before finishes go in. Construction debris removed, surfaces swept down, the space made workable for the trades still to come.
02
Final cleaning
The detailed clean before inspection and owner turnover. Every surface, fixture, window and floor. This is the one the client judges the project by.
03
Touch-up and fluff cleaning
Immediately before handover or occupancy. Fingerprints, last-minute dust, anything the final walk picked up. Often the same day.

Why contractors call us back
We work to your handover date.
trade on site and the first one blamed when a handover slips. We scope the crew to the deadline, not the other way round, and we turn up when we said we would.
We can scale the crew.
A final clean on a deadline is a people problem. We size the crew to the square footage and the days remaining, rather than sending the same two people and hoping. The same approach applies to warehouse and industrial floors.
We know what an owner walk-through looks for
sweep — the adhesive left on a window frame, the dust on a door top, the fingerprints on stainless. That is what gets flagged, and that is what we check.
We take the snag list.
If the walk-through turns up items, we come back and clear them rather than arguing about scope.
Built for the Lehigh Valley
FSF is based in Bethlehem and services commercial construction projects throughout the Lehigh Valley — Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the surrounding Pennsylvania region.
Being local matters on a deadline. A contractor who needs a touch-up crew tomorrow morning does not want a contractor driving in from two hours away, and a snag list cleared the same afternoon is worth more than a cheaper quote from out of area.

How it starts
1
Site visit.
We walk the project, look at the square footage, the finishes and the stage it is at, and agree what each clean covers.
2
Written scope and price.
Per stage, so you can book rough, final and touch-up separately or as one package.
3
Scheduled to your programme.
We work around the trades still on site and to the handover date.
4
Walk-through and snag clearance.
We attend the final walk where it helps, and clear anything flagged.
Frequently asked Questions
The more notice the better on a final clean, because crew size is the variable. That said, we take short-notice touch-up work regularly — call and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Yes. The stages are priced separately. Plenty of contractors handle their own rough clean and bring us in for the final.
We remove debris as part of the clean. Skip hire and bulk removal are usually the contractor's, but tell us what you need and we will say what we can cover.
Yes. FSF carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage appropriate to construction work, and certificates are provided with the proposal. Crews are briefed on site-specific safety protocols before they start.
We are based in Bethlehem and provide post construction cleaning throughout the Lehigh Valley and the surrounding Pennsylvania region.
